Federal Reserve Consumer Help will continue to help consumers find and connect with the proper federal regulator for the banks or financial institutions they have complaints about. You may also use the FDIC's tool BankFind to find your bank's regulator and file your complaint directly with it. Doing so may shorten your complaint's processing time. If you need assistance with filing a complaint, please contact us.
